Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach packed tightly, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup kale packed tightly, roughly chopped
  • 1 ½ cups almondmilk Almond Breeze Unsweetened brand
  • 1 ½ cups Mango frozen mix, chunks
  • 1 ½ cups pineapple
  • 1 ½ cups kiwi
  • ½ teaspoon ginger freshly grated
  • ½ lemon , juiced

Instructions

  1. Add the spinach and kale to a blender with the Almond Breeze and blend well.
  2. Add the frozen fruit, ginger and lemon and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time.

Notes

  • When substituting fresh fruit for frozen, start with less almond milk to avoid a thin smoothie.
  • Add ice cubes to chill the smoothie when using fresh fruit instead of frozen.
