Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach packed tightly, roughly chopped
- 1 cup kale packed tightly, roughly chopped
- 1 ½ cups almondmilk Almond Breeze Unsweetened brand
- 1 ½ cups Mango frozen mix, chunks
- 1 ½ cups pineapple
- 1 ½ cups kiwi
- ½ teaspoon ginger freshly grated
- ½ lemon , juiced
Instructions
- Add the spinach and kale to a blender with the Almond Breeze and blend well.
- Add the frozen fruit, ginger and lemon and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time.
Notes
- When substituting fresh fruit for frozen, start with less almond milk to avoid a thin smoothie.
- Add ice cubes to chill the smoothie when using fresh fruit instead of frozen.
