Ingredients

  • 4 stalks celery leaves removed
  • 2 green apples halved
  • 1 cucumber
  • 7 leaves kale
  • ½ lemon peeled
  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and prep all ingredients.
  2. Process celery, apples, cucumber, kale, lemon, and ginger through a juicer.
  3. Stir a pinch of salt into the mixture.
