Ingredients

  • 1 package Impossible Meat .75 pound
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 8-10 corn tortillas
  • cilantro minced, for garnish
  • onion yellow, finely diced, for garnish
  • tomato finely diced, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Impossible Meat according to package instructions.
  2. Stir in the tomato sauce and all the spices and cook on medium-low heat for 5 to 7 minutes, or until everything is absorbed. Stir frequently to avoid burning.
  3. Scoop taco meat on the corn tortillas and sprinkle with garnishes.
