- 2 medium potatoes scrubbed
- 250 ml 1 cup water
Instructions
- Add water to the inner pot of the Instant Pot.
- Add in the steaming rack. Prick the potatoes with a fork and then place them on the rack.
- Cover and seal the Instant Pot
- Select the steam programme, press the 'adjust' button until you get 12 mins and let cook till done.
- Allow the Instant Pot pressure to reduce naturally, this may take about 15 mins.
- Open, remove the potatoes and serve.
