Instant Pot Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes scrubbed
  • 250 ml 1 cup water

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add water to the inner pot of the Instant Pot.
  2. Add in the steaming rack. Prick the potatoes with a fork and then place them on the rack.
  3. Cover and seal the Instant Pot
  4. Select the steam programme, press the 'adjust' button until you get 12 mins and let cook till done.
  5. Allow the Instant Pot pressure to reduce naturally, this may take about 15 mins.
  6. Open, remove the potatoes and serve.

  • Tips
  •  To cook different-sized potatoes, use the following time under pressure:
  • If you want crispy skin then rub oil on skin, salt it and bake in a hot oven for up to 10 mins.
