Ingredients

  • 5 whole beets, medium sized
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Wash and remove the stems from the whole beets.
  2. Position the trivet into the instant pot.
  3. Place the whole beets on top of the trivet.
  4. Pour the water into the instant pot.
  5. Close the lid and make sure the instant pot is in the seal position.
  6. Select the high-pressure or manual option and add 10 minutes to the timer.
  7. Once cooked, open the lid and allow the beets to cool slightly before removing them.
  8. Enjoy right away as is, on salads, or in recipes that call for cooked beets.
