Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pound potatoes (I used red)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place the water in the Instant Pot and place a trivet in the pot.
  2. Place the potatoes on the trivet, cover and set to "Sealing."
  3. Cook on manual high pressure for 13 minutes. Do not do a quick steam release. Let it release naturally.
