Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs or 2 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
For sandwiches
- 4 rolls
- 1/4 cup blue cheese
Instructions
- Put wing sauce in the bottom of the Instant Pot.
- Add chicken and sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
- Put the lid on the Instant Pot and make sure the pressure valve is closed. Cook it on Manual, high pressure, for 15 minutes.
- Once it is done, do a quick release. Take the chicken out and shred it.
- Return it to the Instant Pot and stir to mix the chicken with the sauce. Or put it in a bowl and add Buffalo sauce if you don't want it as saucy.
- Serve on sandwiches topped with blue cheese and extra wing sauce if you like.

- The sauce can make or break a buffalo chicken recipe. Use your favorite, and remember the spice level will be determined by the sauce.
