Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 red pepper chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts chopped into bitesize pieces
- 2 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning
- 1 15 oz jar Alfredo Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
- 1 ½ cups chicken broth
- 8 oz cavatappi
Instructions
- Add the first four ingredients and turn on the sauté function. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then add your chicken and 2 teaspoons of cajun seasoning. Cook the chicken for another 3-5 minutes until the chicken is mostly cooked.
- Cancel the sauté setting and layer the cavatappi, alfredo sauce, chicken broth and 2 teaspoons of cajun seasoning. Press the pasta under the liquid the best you can.
- Place the lid on the pressure cooker and ensure the knob is in the sealed position. Pressure cook for 2 minutes with a 5 minute natural release. When done, stir well and let sit for 5 minutes so the sauce can thicken
