Instant Pot Cauliflower
Perfectly cooked instant pot cauliflower. Using the instant pot pressure cooker to do steamed cauliflower and then use it as a quick side dish for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 Whole Medium Cauliflower
- 1 Tsp dried herbs
- salt & pepper

Instructions
- Let’s pressure cook cauliflower! Place 1.5 cups (360ml) of water into your instant pot. Then add your steamer basket ready for loading up with cauliflower florets.
- Next chop the cauliflower into medium florets and load them into the steamer basket.
- Season the cauliflower with salt and pepper and some mixed herbs and then add the lid, set the valve to sealing and pressure cook cauliflower in the instant pot for 4 minutes followed by a quick pressure release.
- Do a fork test to make sure the instant pot florets are soft and then serve.

Notes
- Liquid. If I am just steaming cauliflower in instant pot I don’t bother with any instant pot veggie stock and just use water.
- Size. For pressure cooker cauliflower size does matter. Medium florets will take 4 minutes to be fork tender, however if you do small florets go with 3 minutes otherwise they will end up mushy.
