Instant Pot Cherry Jam
If you love making homemade jam, you are going to love this Instant Pot Cherry Jam recipe. This jam is absolutely delicious and incredibly easy to make. Made with fresh cherries and sweetened with lemon, this is a tasty healthier jam than store bought.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh cherries pits removed
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup honey
- 1 package package pectin
Instructions
- Clean, pit, your cherries.
- Set to the side.
- Place your instant pot on sauté.
- Add in the honey to the instant pot.
- Cook until melted.
- Turn off the Instant Pot.
- Add in the cherries, lemon juice, and the pectin powder.
- Stir cherries to combine all ingredients.
- Turn your Instant Pot back on, and set to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Place the lid on, seal the valve.
- Allow to naturally release for 8 minutes.
- Open, and allow the rest of the pressure to release.
- Remove the jam into a small bowl and allow it to sit until it is at room temperature
- Add the jam into glass jars and properly seal as directed.
- Place in your refrigerator.
- ENJOY!
