Instant Pot Chickpeas Ingredients:
- 480 ml chickpeas
- 1440 ml water
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Rinse your chickpeas and get rid of any bad bits or stones and load into the instant pot.
- Load water, salt, and pepper into the instant pot pressure cooker.
- Place the lid on the instant pot, set the valve to sealing and cook for 40 minutes.
- Allow for 5 minutes of natural pressure release before releasing pressure cand removing the lid.

Notes
- Swaps. I love to keep it simple and season my chickpeas with salt, pepper and then use water. You can mix it up and add flavours, but when making in bulk by keeping it simple you can use it in a lot of different recipes.
- Size. You can also measure it in cups and its 2 cups of chickpeas to 6 cups of water. Or even easier, think that the water is triple the chickpeas.
