Instant Pot Corn On The Cob

Fresh tender corn on the cob cooked in an Instant Pot. Cook in the husk for just 1 minute. Enjoy as a side dish to your next barbecue menu.

Ingredients

  • 4 corn on the cob with the husks
  • 1 cup water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • butter optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Rinse corn under cool water removing and visible dirt or remove the first layer of the husk.
  2. Trim both ends of the corn so that the corn can fit in the insert easily.
  3. Place the trivet or steamer basket in the insert of the Instant Pot.
  4. Add one cup of water.
  5. Layer the corn in a cross pattern.
  6. Close the Instant Pot and seal the vending knob. Push manual button and add 1 minute.
  7. When the timer goes off, naturally release the pressure for 1 minute, then manually release the pressure and carefully remove the lid.
  8. Season with salt, pepper and butter.
