Instant Pot Frozen Pork Tenderloin Ingredients:
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 2 medium apples
- 1 medium onion
- 480 ml pork stock
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 6 garlic cloves
- 2 Chunks Ginger
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Peel an onion and sauté in the instant pot with extra virgin olive oil. While it is sautéing dice your apples, peel your garlic cloves and peel your ginger. Cancel sauté. Pour balsamic vinegar into the instant pot to deglaze and stir in garlic, ginger, and apples.
- Load frozen pork tenderloins into the instant pot and season with salt and pepper. Add the pork stock into the instant pot. Place the lid on the instant pot, set the valve to sealing and cook for 45 minutes on meat/stew.
- When the instant pot beeps, allow 10 minutes of natural pressure release and then manually release pressure.
- Slice the pork tenderloin and serve. Reserve the pork juices and blend to make a future pork stock.

Notes
- Swap. You can swap apples for pears. Just as delicious and perfect for if you don’t have any apples in your fruit bowl. Or mix up some apples with some pears.
- Natural Pressure Release. Don’t skip the natural pressure release. It keeps your pork tender and produces the best pork tenderloin.
- Save. Your pork stock. It is amazing for using in any pork dishes in the instant pot and makes your pork much more flavoursome.
- Weight. Our pork tenderloins were ½ kilo each (just over a pound).
