Instant Pot Garlic Parmesan Monkey Bread

Instant Pot Monkey Bread is a savory warm pull-apart bread made with tender dough, melted butter, garlic, and parmesan.

Ingredients

  • 10 tablespoons butter melted
  • 6 tablespoons parsley
  • 5 teaspoons garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
  • 3 10-oz cans refrigerated flaky biscuits

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, melt the butter in the microwave for 30 second. Stir and repeat for another 30 seconds.
  2. Remove from microwave once melted.
  3. Add parsley, garlic, salt, and parmesan cheese to the melted butter.
  4. Cut each biscuit into four equal quarter pieces.
  5. Add the cut biscuit pieces to the melted butter mixture a few at a time making sure to coat each piece. thoroughly
  6. Divide the dough pieces in half. (setting the second batch aside).
  7. Grease a Bundt pan with cooking spray or butter.,
  8. Add the one half of the biscuit pieces to the well greased pan filling it a little more than half way to allow for the dough rising.
  9. Add 2 cups of water to the bottom of the Instant Pot and place the metal rack/trivet into the bottom of the Instant pot.
  10. Place the bundt pan on the trivet.
  11. Place the lid on the Instant Pot and close the valve to pressurize.
  12. Set the Instant Pot on Manual - High Pressure for 45 minutes.
  13. Then the timer goes off, manually release the pressure immediately by turning the valve on top toward you (place a towel over top of the valve to avoid burning yourself)
  14. Carefully, remove the metal rack/ trivet with from the Instant Pot with pot holders or a towel.
  15. Place the Bundt pan on a cooling rack to cool for approximately 5 minutes.
  16. Once cooled, place a plate over top of the bundt pan and flip the pan over to transfer the bread.
  17. Enjoy immediately

Notes

  • Dip in marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
  • If your bundt pan is too big for your Instant Pot, bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes.
