Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic 
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cans crushed tomatoes 14.5 oz
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 0z
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 3 cups dry uncooked macaroni

Instructions

  1. Add the ground beef to the instant pot. Push the saute button and cook ground beef until it is brown.
  2. Add in bell pepper, Italian Seasoning, salt, pepper, tomatoes, uncooked macaroni, and broth. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and and set the valve to sealing.
  4. Set the pressure for 2 minutes.
  5. Do a quick release to release the pressure.
  6. Stir and Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can serve it with shredded cheese on top.
