Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs

Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs are so easy and you can do a bunch at once. This is so convenient for meal planning and makes the entire week a breeze.

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place one cup of water in the Instant pot. Add in an egg basket or the instant pot rack in the bottom of the Instant pot.
  2. Add in the eggs.
  3. Place lid on pressure cooker and set the valve to sealing.
  4. Set the pressure cook time for 5 minutes on high pressure.
  5. Once cook time has elapsed, let pressure release for 5 minutes. Then do a quick release and carefully remove eggs from Instant Pot and place in ice water bath.
  6. Let eggs sit in water bath for up to 5 minutes.
  7. Remove eggs from water bath.
  8. Crack egg on counter top and remove shell.
  9. Store in fridge for up to 7 days.
  10. Easy to peel eggs are that simple!
