Instant Pot Lentil Tacos
Instant Pot Lentil Tacos use green or brown lentils cooked quickly under pressure with broth, salsa, and spices to create a flavorful filling. The resulting mixture is tender and well-seasoned, making it a suitable base for tacos. Served with typical toppings like cheese, avocado, cilantro, and sour cream, these tacos offer a hearty, plant-based option prepared conveniently in one pot.
