Ingredients
- 2 lbs. thinly sliced steak I used round
- 1 green peppers sliced
- 1 red pepper sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 cup beef broth
- 6 slices of Provolone cheese
- 6 Hoagie rolls
Instructions
- Combine everything but the cheese and rolls in the Instant pot.
- Add the lid and set the valve to sealing.
- Set the pressure (on high for 10 minutes).
- When finished do the natural release for 10 minutes.
- Then do the quick release to release the rest of the pressure.
- Serve on hoagie rolls and top with provolone cheese.
- You can place the hoagie rolls under a broiler to get the cheese melted quickly.
