Instant Pot Quinoa

A staple in my meal prep, here’s how I make the perfect Instant Pot Quinoa! Fluffy, quick, and fail-proof!

Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1.5 cups water or stock of choice
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Spray the liner of the Instant Pot with some cooking spray.
  2. Add in the quinoa, liquid, and salt.
  3. Set to high pressure for 1 minute (it will take up to 5 minutes to build pressure) then allow for the pressure to release naturally (quick release after 10 minutes if it’s not done).
  4. Fluff and serve!
