Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 1/4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice rinsed
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Set the Instant Pot to 'Sauté' and melt the butter in the pot.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth, then add the rinsed rice. Sprinkle the dried parsley evenly over the rice.
  3. Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and set it to cook on high pressure for 6 minutes.
  4. After the cooking time has ended, allow the Instant Pot to naturally release pressure for 10 minutes. Then, carefully perform a quick release for any remaining pressure.
  5. Open the lid, fluff the rice with a fork, and serve.
