Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 1/4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup long-grain white rice rinsed
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions
- Set the Instant Pot to 'Sauté' and melt the butter in the pot.
- Pour in the chicken broth, then add the rinsed rice. Sprinkle the dried parsley evenly over the rice.
- Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and set it to cook on high pressure for 6 minutes.
- After the cooking time has ended, allow the Instant Pot to naturally release pressure for 10 minutes. Then, carefully perform a quick release for any remaining pressure.
- Open the lid, fluff the rice with a fork, and serve.
