Ingredients
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 green bell pepper seeded and chopped
- 2 medium tomato chopped
- 2 cups vegetable stock or chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon adobo chili powder if you don't have this, you can use regular chili powder or omit
- ½ jalapeno pepper seeded and diced, fresh
- ⅓ cup salsa whatever type you prefer
- 2 cups long grain rice uncooked
