Ingredients

  • 12 chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 fresh jalapeno sliced thinly
  • 1 can 14 ounces salsa verde
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 cup chicken stock

Instructions

  1. Place everything in the Instant Pot.
  2. Add the lid and set the valve to sealing.
  3. Set the pressure for 15 minutes. When finished, do a quick release to release the pressure.
  4. Stir to combine and Serve over white rice.
