  • 2 TBS unsalted butter
For filling:
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ⅔ cups granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup sour cream or nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup chopped snickers candy bars
For ganache topping:
