- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 12 ounce back/block frozen chopped spinach
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese (use a block and shred yourself)
