Instant Pot Vietnamese Iced Coffee

This Instant Pot Vietnamese iced coffee recipe creates a rich coffee concentrate by pressure cooking freshly ground coffee beans with water. The concentrate is then combined with sweetened condensed milk and ice to make a creamy, sweet coffee drink. The slow pressure cook and natural release help extract robust flavors while allowing coffee grounds to settle at the bottom for clearer coffee. Adjusting the condensed milk changes sweetness and creaminess to your preference.

  • This concentrate can be diluted further if a milder coffee flavor is desired.

  • Try serving this iced coffee over ice or turning it into a dessert by adding vanilla ice cream.
