Ingredients
- 1 pound cucumber Persian, diced
- 1 pound tomatoes ripe, red, seeded and diced
- 1 red bell pepper seeded and diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup mint chopped, fresh
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice fresh
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or more to taste
- 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
Instructions
