Italian 5 Layer Dip

This easy Italian 5 layer dip recipe combines garlic hummus, basil pesto, tomato bruschetta & Italian cheeses for a delicious, gluten free party appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted garlic hummus click link for homemade recipe
  • 1 cup basil pesto click link for homemade recipe
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh basil chopped
  • 1 cup Tomato Basil Bruschetta click link for homemade recipe
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Layer the hummus in the bottom of a bowl or small casserole dish.
  2. Layer the basil pesto on top.
  3. Combine the ricotta cheese & fresh basil, then layer on top of the pesto.
  4. Top the dip off with the tomato bruschetta and parmesan cheese.
  5. Serve the dip with chips, crackers or vegetables for dipping.
