  • ½ tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 2 green peppers (sliced)
  • 2 red peppers (sliced)

  • ¼ cup white wine*** optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, marinate chicken with dried oregano, salt, pepper, and Italian dressing. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. In another large bowl, add in remaining ingredients, minus the wine. Toss together to coat evenly.
  4. Into a large greased cast iron pan, add in the chicken, then spread the pepper mixture around it. If desired, pour in wine.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until chicken juice runs clear.
