Ingredients

  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • ⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 2 cloves garlic minced or crushed
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon thyme dried
  • ½ teaspoon oregano dried
  • ½ teaspoon basil dried
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt sea salt

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl or mason jar and whisk by hand or shake up the jar until emulsified.

Notes

  • Parmesan cheese can be added incrementally, starting with 1 tablespoon, to enhance flavor.
