Italian Dressing
Italian Dressing combines red wine vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil, Dijon mustard, a touch of maple syrup, garlic, and an assortment of dried herbs and spices. The dressing emulsifies into a balanced vinaigrette with a tangy, slightly sweet, and herbaceous flavor. It’s a great choice for drizzling over salads or using as a marinade for vegetables and meats.
