Ingredients
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tablespoons red bell pepper finely minced
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons shallot minced
- 3/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Whisk until thoroughly combined.
