Ingredients
FRESH FRUIT*
- 1 medium/large banana (sliced)
- 1 large apple (peeled and chopped)
- 1 large pear (peeled and chopped)
- 1 cup frozen sliced strawberries + juice (or fresh)
- 3 medium peaches (peeled and chopped)
- 2 kiwi (peeled and chopped)
* Fresh Fruit, be sure to clean the fruit, you can leave the peel if desired.
EXTRAS
- 1-2 tables lemon juice
- 2-3 tablespoons limoncello (if desired)
- 1 small can pineapple chunks with juice if desired
Instructions
- In a large bowl add the chopped banana, apple and pear first, toss with the lemon juice. Add the remaining chopped fruit, the frozen or fresh sliced strawberries, add the limoncello and gently toss to combine. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or place in an airtight container and refrigerate approximately 1-2 hours or even overnight before serving. Enjoy!

Notes
- If you think you need more juice then you can add a can pineapple chunks with the juice.
- Fruit Salad should be refrigerated in an airtight container. It will last for approximately 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
