Ingredients

  • 400 gms all-purpose flour
  • 7 gms active dry yeast 2 tsp
  • 200 ml milk lukewarm, ¾ cup + 2 tsp
  • 125 gms PLAIN yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic minced (I used a garlic press)
  • 55 gms butter melted, salted
  • 1 tsp oregano dried
  • 1 tsp parsley dried or 1 tbsp fresh chopped Italian parsley
