Ingredients

  • 1 hoagie roll crusty
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • ham to taste
  • salami to taste
  • pepperoni to taste
  • 3 lices provolone cheese
  • lettuce to taste, finely shredded
  • tomato small, thinly sliced
  • ¼ yellow onion thinly sliced
  • Pepperoncini to taste
  • Italian dressing to taste
  • salt to taste, sea salt and freshly cracked
  • black pepper to taste, sea salt and freshly cracked
  • crushed red pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to broiler setting.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on each side of the hoagie bun.
  3. Layer each side of the hoagie with slices of ham, salami, and pepperoni then layer the provolone cheese down the center.
  4. Place under the broiler (on low) and cook watching carefully, for 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  5. Place the lettuce down the center followed by the tomatoes, onion, and pepperoncini.
  6.  Drizzle the top with some Italian dressing and season with sea salt, freshly cracked pepper, and crushed red pepper, to taste.
  7. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
