Ingredients

  • 16 ounces rotini pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 4 ounces salami, diced
  • 5 ounces small pepperonis
  • ½ cup sliced black olives
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons basil, chopped
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 4 ounces fresh mozzarella, diced
  • 16 ounces Italian dressing, bottled or homemade

Instructions

  1. Add 16 ounces rotini pasta, 4 ounces salami, 5 ounces small pepperonis, ½ cup sliced black olives, and diced ½ red onion, 1 green bell pepper, 1 pint grape tomatoes, 2 tablespoons parsley, 2 tablespoons basil, ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese, 4 ounces fresh mozzarella, and 16 ounces Italian dressing, to a large bowl and toss together until everything is well mixed and coated in the dressing.
  2. Serve immediately or cover and serve within 24 hours.
