- 4 ounces salami, diced
- 5 ounces small pepperonis
- ½ cup sliced black olives
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- ½ red onion, diced
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, quartered
- 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons basil, chopped
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces fresh mozzarella, diced
- 16 ounces Italian dressing, bottled or homemade
Instructions
- Add 16 ounces rotini pasta, 4 ounces salami, 5 ounces small pepperonis, ½ cup sliced black olives, and diced ½ red onion, 1 green bell pepper, 1 pint grape tomatoes, 2 tablespoons parsley, 2 tablespoons basil, ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese, 4 ounces fresh mozzarella, and 16 ounces Italian dressing, to a large bowl and toss together until everything is well mixed and coated in the dressing.
- Serve immediately or cover and serve within 24 hours.
