Italian Seasoning
How to make your own homemade Italian seasoning to use in recipes! All of the spices are readily available at your local store!
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons basil dried
- 2 tablespoons oregano dried
- 2 tablespoons rosemary dried
- 2 tablespoons marjoram dried
- 2 tablespoons sage dried
- 2 tablespoons thyme dried
- 2 tablespoons savory dried
Instructions
- Combine all of the seasonings together and store in a closed container for up to a year. Storing them longer however does affect the potency of the seasoning.
Notes
- You have two choices when making this, you can put it all in a food processor and grind it up until it's more powdery, or you can use it as-is. I don't mind rosemary being larger in my seasonings, but you can grind it all up if you prefer!
