Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb. ground beef 80/20
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic 
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • 3 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp. flaxseed meal
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup olives sliced
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix meat together with all of the ingredients and form into meatballs. Lay on a foil covered cookie sheet.
  3. Bake for 16-20 minutes or until desired done-ness is reached.
  4. Serve over spinach with drizzled fat from the pan over it.
