Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb. ground beef 80/20
- 1 tsp. oregano
- ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- 3 tbsp. tomato paste
- 3 tbsp. flaxseed meal
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup olives sliced
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Mix meat together with all of the ingredients and form into meatballs. Lay on a foil covered cookie sheet.
- Bake for 16-20 minutes or until desired done-ness is reached.
- Serve over spinach with drizzled fat from the pan over it.
