Ingredients

  • 8 tomatoes washed and cut into wedges, ripe
  • 1 red onion peeled and sliced thinly lengthwise, small
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian herb blend dried
  • basil for garnish, fresh

  2. Next, add the tomatoes, onion, and garlic to a large bowl.
