Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 whole Jalapeño seeds and ribs removed for less spice
- 1 whole lime juiced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 16 ounces salmon filets
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Add the olive oil, garlic, jalapeno, lime, and honey to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
- Place the salmon filets on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Cover each filet with the jalapeno mix.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Remove from the oven and serve with your favorite sides. I love to have mine with avocado mango salsa and jasmine rice.
