Jalapeno Popper Cheese Fondue (StoveTop)

This Jalapeno Popper Cheese Fondue is easy, cheesy and crazy good! It comes together quickly on the stovetop making it the perfect dish to enjoy with your friends gathered around the table! You can serve this in a bowl (no fondue pot required), keep it warm in a ceramic pot, or even serve it in a bread bowl.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 ounces Swiss cheese shredded
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 8 ounces Bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 4 ounces diced jalapenos drained
  • warm pretzel bread for serving

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Simmer wine, garlic & green onion for 2 minutes. Stir in cream cheese until melted.
  2. Toss all shredded cheeses with flour. Add Cheese a handful at a time over low heat until melted.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients (except bread). Serve warm with bread for dipping.
