You can serve this in a bowl (no fondue pot required), keep it warm in a ceramic pot, or even serve it in a bread bowl.

Ingredients
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 green onions sliced
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 ounces Swiss cheese shredded
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 8 ounces Bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
- 4 ounces diced jalapenos drained
- warm pretzel bread for serving
Instructions
- Simmer wine, garlic & green onion for 2 minutes. Stir in cream cheese until melted.
- Toss all shredded cheeses with flour. Add Cheese a handful at a time over low heat until melted.
- Stir in remaining ingredients (except bread). Serve warm with bread for dipping.
