Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 jalapeños seeded and diced
  • 4 slices cooked bacon crumbled (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, bacon (if using), garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Place a spoonful of the filling on each triangle.
  4. Roll up the triangles, starting at the wider end, and place them on the baking sheet. Brush with egg wash.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
