Ingredients
- 8 lices cooked diced bacon
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (4-ounce) can diced jalapeños or 4 fresh chopped and deseeded
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup diced green onion
TOPPING:
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
- ¼ cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix 8 slices cooked diced bacon, 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese softened, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 (4-ounce) can diced jalapenos , 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, and ¼ cup diced green onion. Spread in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
- For the topping, combine 1 cup crushed Ritz Crackers, ½ cup parmesan cheese and ¼ cup melted butter. Spread on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake 20-30 minutes until the top is starting to brown and the edges start to bubble.
