Jam Puff Pastry

This jam puff pastry triangle is so tasty and easy to make with just 2 ingredients. Enjoy these light and crunchy jam puffs for breakfast, brunch, or dessert. These sweet puff pastry triangles taste great any time of the day!!

Ingredients

  • 312 g Puff pastry sheets 2 pre-rolled sheets
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
  • 1 egg (optional)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Thaw frozen puff pastry for 5 minutes or as per the specifications on the package and place the pastry sheet on the lined tray.
  2. Spread the strawberry jam on the pastry sheet.
  3. Cover this with another layer of pastry sheet and seal the edges by pressing it with fingers.
  4. Cut the puff pastry into small traingles.
  5. Bake it at 180°c for 8-10 minutes or until jam puffs turn golden or puffed.
  6. Cool them before seving.
  7. Enjoy your strawberry jam puff pastries as a delicious snack or dessert!
