Light and flaky sweet jam puffs made with frozen puff pastry and mixed berry jam. This recipe is so easy, fuss free and great for an afternoon snack.

Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry cut into 4x4 inch (10 x 10cm) squares
- 4 tbsp mixed berry jam
- melted butter
- coarse sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Place 1 scant tablespoon of jam in the center of each puff pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over to form a triangle shape.
- Use the back of a spoon to press on the edges, ensuring the openings are sealed tightly.
- Brush the melted butter on the surface and sprinkle with coarse sugar. Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the puff pastry turns golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
