Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 15 ounce can whole kernel corn drained
  • 15 ounce can creamed corn not drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounce box Jiffy cornbread mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8x11-inch baking pan. Set aside.
  2. Add butter, corn, creamed corn, sour cream, sugar, and salt to a large bowl. Stir until well-combined.
  3. Stir in the cornbread mix until just combined.
  4. Pour the corn mixture into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for about 35-40 minutes. The edges should be light golden brown and should pull away from the sides of the pan. 
  6. Let the pan cool on a wire rack.
  7. Serve warm.
