Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 15 ounce can whole kernel corn drained
- 15 ounce can creamed corn not drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounce box Jiffy cornbread mix
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8x11-inch baking pan. Set aside.
- Add butter, corn, creamed corn, sour cream, sugar, and salt to a large bowl. Stir until well-combined.
- Stir in the cornbread mix until just combined.
- Pour the corn mixture into the prepared pan.
- Bake for about 35-40 minutes. The edges should be light golden brown and should pull away from the sides of the pan.
- Let the pan cool on a wire rack.
- Serve warm.
