Johnsonville Beer Bratwurst Recipe

These Johnsonville beer brats are perfect for your next outdoor dinner. Thery're tender, juicy, and smothered in chili and ketchup!

Ingredients

  • 10 beer bratwurst
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 2 cups chili homemade or store-bought
  • 10 hot dog buns
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Slice the onions into half wrings. In an oiled skillet over medium heat, cook the onions until golden brown.
  2. Brown the brats on all sides using a BBQ grill.
  3. Spread the onions on the bottom of a baking dish. Top the onions with the grilled brats.
  4. Cover baking dish with a lid or foil and bake the brats at 350°F for 15 minutes, or until fully cooked through.
  5. Serve brats with buns, chili and ketchup. Enjoy!
