Ingredients

4 cups vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup Kahlúa
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream or whole milk
10 shortbread cookies Walkers, Chocolate Scottie brand
3 tablespoons sugar
Whipped Cream for topping

Instructions

Place all ingredients (excluding the whipped cream) in a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into glasses, top with whipped cream, and serve at once!
