Ingredients
- 4 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup Kahlúa
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream or whole milk
- 10 shortbread cookies Walkers, Chocolate Scottie brand
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- Whipped Cream for topping
Instructions
- Place all ingredients (excluding the whipped cream) in a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into glasses, top with whipped cream, and serve at once!
