Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp kalamata olives finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp shallot finely diced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 2-3 tsp honey to taste
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
  • salt to taste, sea salt and freshly cracked
  • black pepper to taste, sea salt and freshly cracked

Instructions

  1. Combine the olive oil, canola oil, red wine vinegar, kalamata olives, feta cheese, shallot, Dijon, garlic, honey, oregano, crushed red pepper flakes, sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper, to taste together in a jar. Whisk until well combined. Cover with a lid and set aside to allow flavors to mingle until ready to serve.
